The Texas Horseshoe Pitchers Association

Located 32 miles northwest of Lubbock in Littlefield at 15^th Street and Hwy 385.  From Lubbock, take Us Hwy 84 to Littlefield.  Turn north on Hwy 385. Nineteen pits in a park setting with a pavilion, picnic benches, restrooms, and free RV electric and water hookups at the courts. Some shade. 

The first five pits were built and donated to the City of Littlefield in the early 1990’s by Waylon Jenning’s cousin.  The court design was done by the gentleman that designed and built the horseshoe court at the White House for President George H. Bush.  From that time, the local club built 14 additional pits, planted grass, trees, built benches, pavilion to provide the pleasing area we have today.
